Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located just steps away from Puerta del Sol, making it convenient for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. While the room was spacious for our group of three adults, the constant noise from people coming in and out was a bit disruptive, along with the challenge of enjoying the postcard window view that seemed designed for taller guests. Parking was provided initially at no cost, adding to the overall convenience of the stay.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, though tight for four people, still managed to be comfortable. Natural light was scarce, and there was noise from the wooden hallway floors. Unfortunately, we faced a minor inconvenience as our room wasn't available the first night due to a heating problem.
I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very small for the price, and there was a serious need for noise abatement materials. I ended up staying in Hotel Pasajes, which wasn't as comfortable, and on top of that, we had to move to another one of their hotels due to maintenance issues on our floor.
